Bill Esparza is serious about tacos. So serious that his new event, Taqueando, is an all-out taco fest. Esparza previously curated the vendors for events like LA Weekly’s Tacolandia, which ended in 2017, and he is now pioneering his solo project which is debuting next month. The event will take place on June 15th at the Row DTLA. He will be featuring over 40 taqueros from Southern California, Mexico and beyond (Breddo’s Tacos, London).
Some fan favorites who made their appearance at his previous events include: Aquí es Texcoco, Burritos La Palma, Mariscos Jalisco, Tacos Kokopelli, among others. Whether they’re an old or new favorite, one thing that’s guaranteed is that they will be good! He always finds the best spots, whether they’re established restaurants or a local mom-and-pop shop, and he knows just what to order.
